Yes.  I am even seeing the "Using ... access log " line when I start:

[root][nms] /opt/orca/bin> ./res
Killing pids 20973.
Writing data into /opt/orca/var/orca/orcallator/nms/
Using www access log file /var/opt/OV/log/httpd_access_log
Starting logging
[root][nms] /opt/orca/bin>

BTW:  I just did a restart here but did a start before.

	Look at the start_orcallator script.  This should have WATCH_HTTPD
	declared to "-DWATCH_HTTPD", which is then passed as an argument
	to se, which then runs orcallator.se.

	Are you using start_orcallator?
