I seem to see this same thing more or less sporadically from one
specific client that AFAIK is set up just like the others (I've got 10
total). My problems don't start on line 1, but rather somewhere in the
middle. On first gander, it *looks like* a copy of the header line is
getting is getting injected into the middle of the file on seemingly a
random basis and this is throwing things off. Can't say for sure, as I
haven't looked at this problem for maybe a week or so now and I'm
recalling all this from memory. I just last night lost the file
containing the runtime output of orca but I can probably recreate it
pretty easily if somebody wants me to.
