I will try the upgrade utility and see if it works. This is the second time it stop updating on this server.

Jim,

Did anything change with Orca?  Can you describe your set up in more
detail to see what kinds of problems there may be?

There is a bug with Orca 0.26 where it won't load newer data sometimes
and 0.27 will fix this bug.
