Hmmm... Could you send us a 'head' of your most current percol file?
This will show us what your percol files are saving.

Also, could you send an sample output (20 lines or so) of
'orcallator_column -c usr% <current percol file>' ?  This will show if
data values are being put in the right columns.

And if you have a copy of rrdtool itself, 'rrdtool dump
<full_path_to_orca_rrds>/o_<hostname>_usr_pct.rrd | head -50'.  This
will show what values are being stuffed into the rrd databases.

By doing all three, it might tell us where your graphs are breaking
down.
