I wouldn't really worry about this since it appears its trying to create
a manual page for rrdtutorial in Spanish (I'm guessing).

Since this is RRD tool which is a separately managed package, if you want
track this down, I would go to the RRD web site's mailing list archive

http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/rrdtool/mailinglists.html

and see if it's been resolved.

If you find anything, let us know so we can include the fix in the Orca's
copy of RRDtool.
