This is perfectly normal on a single processor machine. I have ORCA (the
graphing portion e.g. CPU intensive part) running in two different
environments. Both machines are single processor systems. One of them is
graphing for 34 systems. Its ORCA graph shows it to be pegged at 100% 100%
of the time. This is a sample of the ORCA text data for this system:

orcallator-2002-05-20-000 13:09:01 93.10 6.50 0.30 1.00
orcallator-2002-05-20-000 13:10:01 94.50 5.30 0.10 1.10
orcallator-2002-05-20-000 13:11:01 91.10 8.90 0.00 0.00
orcallator-2002-05-20-000 13:12:01 92.60 7.40 0.00 0.00
orcallator-2002-05-20-000 13:13:02 93.60 5.40 0.70 0.20
orcallator-2002-05-20-000 13:14:02 94.00 5.70 0.20 0.10
orcallator-2002-05-20-000 13:15:02 94.70 5.20 0.00 0.10

Its this way all the time. To some what help this machine out, I "pull"
new data down to this system using rsync/ssh once every 10 minutes from the
other 33 machines.
