[Orca-users] installing oracallator.se

Is there a simple methodology for installing the orcallator.se that comes
with the orcallator tarball without having to make the entire package?  Some
of the servers I need to install on lack compilers and/or disk space.  I
tried just the orcallator.se and orcallator.cfg (with SE toolkit 3.1) but it
wouldn't write to a file, and displayed onscreen instead.
