It's SUNWbtool, and it wouldn't hurt to make sure SUNWsprot is installed
as well.

Check if you have /usr/ccs/bin/ar on your system?  If you do, then you
need to add /usr/ccs/bin to your path.  If not, then you need to install
the package that has it.  I don't have a Sun box handy to tell which
package this is in.
