Derek,

Did you figure out what the problem was?  I am experiencing the same issue on 2 of 53 systems.  We have been increasing MAX_COLUMNS and MAX_RAWDISKS on those systems and I believe someone upgraded RICHPse to 3.3.1 that was the only change.
