Well, if you go a wget on the Subversion repository directly, there's no 
  way, so I recommend using svn to check out a copy, and then it will 
fill in the top:

If the file hasn't been touched and its timestamp is the same as when 
you downloaded it, sent it to me and I'll tell you which version you have.
