That's about the size of it.  The Orca tarball comes with a version of 
RRD, and though it is possible to use other RRD versions, you may run 
into issues that require some script hacking.

The bigger issue is that you're using 0.27 instead of one of the more 
recent builds (which actually work better, imo).
