Can someone suggest any tools, free or commercial, that will process the

raw procollator files by server groupings for a particular metric?

The grouping will be a list of server hostnames.  The number or
groupings will be variable.

Say for example, process server groupings by top five cpu peaks?  Or
some other performance metric?
