I have a preliminary version of Orca available at
   <http://mirror.opencsw.org/testing.html>
which currently lacks SMF/RC integration but should be
usable otherwise. There is also an official SE Toolkit
available from OpenCSW which  I also maintain, feedback
is very welcome on these packages!
